This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information when you use our website located at http://www.qwqer.pk/, or the QWQER mobile application (collectively, the “QWQER Platform”) made available by QWQER Express Pakistan (Private) Limited (“QWQER”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a private company established under the applicable laws of Pakistan

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the QWQER Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by QWQER whether on the QWQER Platform or otherwise. Please read this Policy before using the QWQER Platform or submitting any personal information to QWQER.

This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms & Conditions.

By using the QWQER Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. By using the QWQER Platform and Services, you agree to the contents of this Policy and give your irrevocable consent to us for collecting your personal information. The Policy explains:

• What information we collect and why we collect it.
• How we use that information.
• The choices we offer, including how to access and update information

We have tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you are not familiar with terms like cookies, IP addresses, pixel tags and browsers, then read about these key terms first. If we make any significant change, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the QWQER Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable laws, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to the updated Policy.

The QWQER Platform may contain links to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. QWQER is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.

In order to enhance the user experience and provide Our Services, we collect and store personal information provided by you, from time to time on the QWQER Platform. Company collects information about You: (a) information You affirmatively and voluntarily give to us; (b) information automatically collected when You visit Our Platform or use any of Our Services; and (c) information we receive from other sources

This includes information submitted when you:

• Create or update your QWQER account, which may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture.
• Provide content to us, which may include reviews, ordering details and history, special merchant requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the QWQER Platform (“Your Content”).
• Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.
• Correspond with QWQER for customer support;
• Participate in the interactive services offered by the QWQER Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or
• Enable features that require QWQER access to your address book
• Report problems for troubleshooting.
• If you sign up to use our Services as a merchant or a delivery partner, we may collect location details, copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), call and SMS details.

We will process any information provided to us in connection with disputes or to support complaints in connection with the QWQER Platform or Services acquired via the Platform. Please note, you may submit complaints regarding the Services on the QWQER Platform and/or disputes between person(s) on the Platform and under such circumstances, we will process data provided to us by you that is relevant to the disputes or complaints submitted

Information you submit to the QWQER Platform for publication may be made publicly available on the QWQER Platform and therefore accessible by any internet user. You should exercise caution when deciding what information you submit to us for publication.

Regarding each of your visits to the QWQER Platform, we will automatically collect and analyze the following demographic and other information:

• When you communicate with us via our customer services department i.e., chat service, email, phone, through the QWQER Platform or otherwise, we may maintain a record a copy of your communication and may ask for additional information to verify your identity;
• We may collect contact details and other information of you from publicly available sources for the purposes of verifying you and performing due diligence on the users of the QWQER Platform;
• Location information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address;
• Usage and Preference Information: We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences and settings chosen.
• Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, and information about your activity on the Services, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), the type of Services you requested or provided, comments, domain names, search results selected, number of clicks, information and pages viewed and searched for, the order of those pages, length of your visit to our Services, the date and time you used the Services, amount charged, details regarding application of promotional code, methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number and other related transaction details;
• Device Information: We may collect information from and about the devices you use to access our Services, including the IP address, hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information, mobile network information, browsing patters and details of how you have interacted with the QWQER Platform and the Services available on it. In addition, we gather statistical information about the QWQER Platform and visitors to the QWQER Platform including, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our QWQER Platform, where they come from, and what content is of interest to them. We use this information for our internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and standard of our QWQER Platform. Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology, as explained further under the section 5, “COOKIES”, below.
• Stored information and files: QWQER mobile application (QWQER App) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the QWQER App to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection.
• If you are a partner, merchant or a delivery partner, we will, additionally, record your calls with us made from the device used to provide Services, related call details, SMS details location and address details.

• We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other users, partners (including ad partners, analytics providers, search information providers), or our affiliated companies or if you use any of the other websites/apps we operate or the other Services we provide. Users of our Ad Services and other third parties may share information with us such as the cookie ID, device ID, or demographic or interest data, and information about content viewed or actions taken on a third-party website, online services or apps. For example, users of our Ad Services may also be able to share customer list information (e.g., email or phone number) with us to create customized audience segments for their ad campaigns.
• We may receive personal information about you from third parties that are engaged by us to assist with providing verification services and conducting suitable money laundering and KYC (know-your-customer) checks on users of the QWQER Platform. This may include your name, email address, company details and contact information.
• If you choose to participate in reviewing or rating the Services on the QWQER Platform, we may receive personal information about you from third parties that work with us to conduct reviews into our Services and/or rate us. If you are partner, merchant or a delivery partner, we may, additionally, receive feedback and rating from other users.

A "cookie" is a small piece of information stored on a web browser/device so it can be later read back. Cookies are useful for enabling the browser/device to remember information specific to a given user. We place both permanent and temporary cookies. The cookies do not contain any of your personally identifiable information.

Why we use cookies?

We use first and third party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical and/or security reasons in order for our QWQER Platform to operate. We refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. First party cookies are mainly served to enable basic functionality on our QWQER Platform; including web analytics cookies that help us understand how users use our web pages and how we can improve their use.

In addition we also use social media cookies. You may register for QWQER Platform membership and "share" QWQER Platform content through social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Sometimes we embed videos from websites like YouTube. These websites have their own privacy policies which govern their use of information, which you can find on the respective websites.

We also use cookies to enable us to track and target the interests of QWQER Platform visitors to enhance the experience on our QWQER Platform by researching visiting patterns and conduct interest-based advertising; assisting our partners to track user visits to the QWQER Platforms; and to track progress and participation in promotions. We use first and third party cookies for these purposes.

The information collected by Us through our Platform maybe used for the following purposes:

• To allow You to use Services on the Platform;
• To allow You to undertake or initiate any transactions on the Platform
• For internal record keeping of the Company;
• To improve our Services;
• To improve Your usage of the Platform, to manage Your Account, etc
• To process payments with respect to transactions initiated on the Platform;
• To respond to Your comments, reviews and questions and provide better Service;
• To communicate important notices or changes to the Services provided by Company on the Platform, use of the Platform and the terms/policies which govern the relationship between You and the Company;
• or internal purposes of the Company such as auditing, data analysis and research conducted either indirectly/directly by Company
• or promotion and marketing purposes by Company;
• for any other purposes with Your consent

From time to time, we may use your information to customize, develop, and improve the QWQER Platform according to your interests

We may use personal information to resolve disputes that may arise with the use of our services on the QWQER Platform, help promote a safe service to you on the QWQER Platform, measure consumer interest in our Services, customize Your experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other illegal activity, enforce our terms and conditions.

We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information We shall be entitled to retain your Personal Information for such duration as may be required for the purposes specified hereunder and shall be used by us only in consonance with this Privacy Policy.

We share your information with third parties and third-party service providers including Merchants or insurance service providers upon receipt of request by you to initiate a transaction to carry out specific service requests and fulfil such service requests.

We may also share your information with payment service providers for the purpose of fulfilling Services to you.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

We may disclose personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our Users or the general public.

Company may need to disclose Your information, to

• protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, including to enforce Our agreements, policies, and Terms and;
• protect the personal safety of You, the Company, its members and employees, or any person, in an emergency; and
• protect Company from incurring any legal liability. In such an event Company shall be under no obligation to specifically inform You or seek Your approval or consent.

We may disclose (or provide access to) your personal information to third party business partners, service providers and/or affiliates of the Company engaged by us or working with us to assist us to provide Services to you or who otherwise process personal information for purposes described in this Privacy Policy or notified to you when we collect your personal information. Categories of these partners or service providers include:

• Users of the QWQER Platform and their respective affiliates and/or their designated service providers that work with us to provide processing services such as software, tools, systems and messaging services for purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
• our business partners (for example, in order for them to provide you with offers that may interest you);
• Marketing and advertising platforms, such as Google, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and providers of analytics services relating to users’ behavior, in order to tailor the content you see when visiting our QWQER Platform. These platforms may combine information they collect on our Platform with data on their platforms and data they collect from other websites or through other sources in order to conduct targeted advertising. The processing activities of these third party marketing platforms are governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy;
• cloud computing service providers to provide cloud storage services;
• risk control service providers to assess the security of users’ accounts and transaction risks; and
• Third party rating / reviewing service providers to carry out reviews of our Services with users of the QWQER Platform if you choose to participate in reviewing or rating of our Services

Any content or personal information that you share or upload on any current or future publicly viewable portion of the Platform (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) will be publicly available, and can be viewed by others

If you provide a mobile phone number and/or e-mail address, the Company, or other parties registered on the Platform may call you or send you communications in relation to your use of the Platform or your any transaction initiated by you on the Platform. We and our affiliates will share/transfer some or all of the collected information (personal or otherwise) with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business, in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction or proceeding. Should such a transaction occur, that other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be contractually bound to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

All information is saved and stored on servers, which are secured with passwords and pins to ensure no unauthorized person has access to it. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access. We shall take reasonable steps to help protect your rights of privacy and your information (personal or otherwise) in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of such information, in compliance with the applicable laws.

You expressly consent to the sharing of your information with third party service providers, including Merchants, insurance agents and insurers, financial service providers, payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.

Company does not itself store your payment card account information and does not have direct control over or responsibility for your payment card account information. Hence, Company cannot guarantee that transmissions of your payment card account information or personal information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by Company or Company’s third-party service providers.

Company assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to any reason, including but not limited to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond its control. Although we shall try our best to protect your data, we cannot take any guarantee for the security of your data transmitted through the Platform. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You shall not share your username, password, or other security information for your account with anyone.
