Service Description

QWQER Pakistan allows merchants to create and manage orders directly within the Shopify admin. The app is intended for existing customers of QWQER Express Pakistan Pvt Ltd, enabling them to place orders without manually entering order details into external systems.

Shopify Data Access

Upon installation, the app accesses Shopify data necessary to:

• Create and manage orders
• Retrieve customer information required for order processing
• Manage fulfillments and shipment-related operations

Access is limited to only the data required for the app to function as intended. The app processes this data solely on behalf of the merchant.

Customer Data (Protected Customer Data)

The app accesses limited customer data strictly for order fulfillment purposes.

• Customer information is used only to generate shipment labels and process orders
• Customer data is not used for marketing, analytics, or profiling
• Customer data is not stored outside Shopify beyond what is required to complete order processing

Additional Data Collection

The app collects minimal merchant-related data required for operation:

• Store identifier
• Contact email ([email protected])

No customer behavioral data is collected.

Tracking Technologies

The app does not use cookies, pixels, log files, or similar tracking technologies for store visitors.

Third-Party Services

The app does not share customer data with third-party services. Any third-party tools used are limited to operational or support purposes and do not process customer data.

Data Usage & Retention
